I have the ability to accept credit card payment through my paypal. Would you like me to get that set up? They will take a transaction fee of about 3% I believe, but that usually means more high dollar sales. For this I can just bring my laptop and hook into your network.
What about checks? Do you want to accept them? I will normally at sales if I know them, they are with a volunteer group running the show, or seem on the up and up. I get their cdl, check the address, get a phone number, and usually during that process you can tell if they are trying to be tricky. Maybe just state on a sign what methods of payment we accept, and any bounced checks subject to a $25 fee.
Cash is easy. We can stop at the bank and pull out cash. What demoninations and how much should we get?

The rest of the text can be the same. I am holding off a little longer to get word from Avi's parents on if we can use her name, but will try to get these send tomorrow ASAP to make the news cycle Thursday and Friday.

For company info, you could use mine but I would just put that we are friends of Aviana and her family. I'll check with Mom on if she's willing to take calls from the news stations, etc. I am going to have Adam call Armstrong and Getty since he's met them before. Maybe they'll be able to get it on the air. It will be a little tough getting coverage because of the MJ stuff all over the news, but if we make an appealing request we should at least be able to get on their community events pages, if not on the air.
Another thing we can do is call the radio stations and ask if they can spead the message on air to listeners. If we can use Avi's name, they will probably take interest.
On a side note - our work on face book IS working. I think I'll post a wish list tonight for things that might be useful for donating. Megan is scrambling to get the clothes all packed by this weekend, so if it isn't there thursday morning I will try to get it by Friday morning so labeling will be minimal. All of my beads and sewing notions will be marked since I had to look up prices on several of them.
I just wanted to give you a heads up though. I've been super exhausted from Adam being gone and having so many places to be last week. It will take a couple weeks for me to shake this off at the best, so I'm trying to help out as much as possible without over doing it. At the sale I need to find a cooler spot because I get dehydrated super easy right now and was almost in the hospital after the day at the zoo/ftt. Kind of ridiculous because I drink a ton. Anyway, just need a chair and lots of fluids and maybe a fan, and I should be okay.

I measured the Explorer. It is 45 inches width and depth. I may be able to fit it at an angle, but I am not sure.
